Add support to get (additional) General information from a product/project such as project lead, project description, project url etc

For the time being this will need to happen in a tracker-specific way because we have the practice of waiting until at least two connectors support a feature like this before trying to generalize.  However, there is bound to be some genericity here so we can keep this open and refer to it, and list some common use cases here.  The Mylar UI does not currently have a driver for this so I'm marking it helpwanted.

To my knowledge none of the repositories that are supported through connectors hosted in the Mylyn project have access to that type of information. Please provide a more concrete use case and a suggestion for the API if this request is still relevant.
