"Worker-11" looks like the culprit, its holding a lock and gone to sleep on something else.

Thanks Darryl. This is a dup of 126115. 

Basically, the model manager begins a synchronized block of code, and it just so happends that resource needs "refreshing", so, once refreshed, it causes the Autobuild to start ... and, that thread again tries to access Model Manager, but, can't because Worker 11 still owns the lock.

This is part of a mass update to close out all stale WTP bugs which are in the resolved state without an appropriate targeted version.  If you feel this bug was closed inappropriately, please reopen.
