How to recreate:

1. Java Development User Guide -> Reference -> View -> Breakpoints View -> Context Menu -> Copy

2. http://127.0.0.1:50946/help/index.jsp?topic=/org.eclipse.jdt.doc.user/reference/views/shared/ref-copy.htm

In the opened page, you may find that there is no link for "register view", while all others have.  Does it work as designed?  Thanks!
