The EMF site should be updated and modernized so that it uses Phoenix.

I've Phoenixized most of the EMF pages, they're now waiting to be committed, as we discussed before Nick.

Everything except What's new, CVS? has been migrated to the new skin, since the latter is pending a rebuild using mysql.

Neil: please open a new bug for the mysql work you're doing (when ready). Also, need to complete migrating docs from emf-home to emf, which can live under a new bug too.

Fix is in CVS.
