if I select some projects in the package explorer and then click a different view and then select Clean... from the project menu no preselection is made and the OK button is enabled, even though there are selected projects in the package explorer.

to reproduce:
1. select some projects in the package explorer
2. click a different view
3. select Clean.. from the project menu

expected:
the selected projects would be preselected, else clean all should be selected, else OK button should be disabled.

There could also be a 'Project Explorer' and a 'Navigator' in the workbench window and it would be very confusing to use the input from one of those inactive views (or even hard-coded from the 'Package Explorer').
