The defect appears on creating a symptom database with an Arabic folder and
database names.

Testing scenario:
1. Create a symptom database, using the following Arabic strings for "Folder"
and "Name" fields
Folder Name: HGLGT
Name: HGHSL

Note:
Capital letters refer to the keystrokes used to enter Arabic characters.

Problem:
Path of the created database is displayed in the editor as:
"/HGHSL/HGLGT.symptom"
While it should be displayed as
"/HGLGT/HGHSL.symptom"

Also the location is displayed as:
"< path of workspace>\HGHSL\HGLGT.symptom" 
While it should be displayed as 
"< \path of workspace>\HGLGT\HGHSL.symptom" 
 
This defect is also encountered when exporting and importing Arabic named
symptom database to an Arabic named folder.

mass update:
retarget from 4.3 to 4.4. Cannot be contained in 4.3 due to resource limtation.

Hello Eugene.

I have tried to reproduce this bug by starting eclipse by command

>eclipse.exe -clean -nl ar

and I created a symptom database, using the following Arabic strings for "Folder"
and "Name" fields
Folder Name: HGLGT
Name: HGHSL
 
I was not able to reproduce this bug. I am attaching some screenshots for your reference.

Symptom editor in eclipse

Symptom editor for eclipse with settings for arebic nl and creating symptom catalog. All paths are displayed properly in Symptom editor.
