Support boolean type in data set. It'll cause some data transform issue with absence of boolean type.

Moved to 2.2 so we can address this in conjunction with ODA support of Boolean data type.

Per Linda Chan, the required ODA interface change (Bug 127234) will not happen before DTP 1.0 (Dec. 2006). Tenatively scheduling this to 2.2.0M3.

Bug 127234 is targeting for DtP 1.5, which will not happen in BIRT 2.2M4. Defer this bug to BIRT 2.2.0.

Added support in BIRT Data Engine odaconsumer layer to handle ODA boolean data type in result columns and scalar input/output parameters.  It triggers calls to an underlying ODA driver that implements related ODA interface methods introduced in ODA 3.1 (see BZ 127234).
