We've been getting several issues like bug 148796 where a user thinks they can install (or upgrade to) Callisto using 3.1, and this leads to an error.

Bug 148796 comment 9 suggests specifying on the various Callisto pages that 3.2 *is required* for Callisto.  I think it's a good idea.
