The web ui puts the hyperlinks beside the fields, ideally the numbers themselves should be hyperlinked.

I've been suggesting to change UI for those using small popup dialog that could be brough in using new "Manage" button. So, we'll have just hyperlinks to bugs and separate manage buttons for depends and blocks.

We could also use drag-n-drop from task list to link dependent bugs...

Added hyperlinked bug ids below field along with hyperlinks to dependency graph/tree. Will likely need to implement a custom text viewer to allow inline editing w/ hyperlinking much like new comment text area.

This has been fixed in version 3.0.
