Add repository template for trac.edgewall.org.

What about creating a repository for the Trac connector at mylar.eclipse.org that could be accessed through XML-RPC and adding this as a template as well? That way we could get some feedback/testing for XML-RPC.

Couldn't resist to create the patch :).

Mik, let me know what you think about creating an XML-RPC repository and adding the template (it's in the code but commented out).
