the current cvs repository perspective requires you enter host/username/etc... in order to access a cvs repository ... however, i'd like to point it at the raw cvs files (,v) instead as access to our cvs machine is via a slow ssh link and doing a rsync of the ,v files and working on them locally is much much faster
