Up to now, the "go to the next pb" button is active only when we are in an 
editor view. It could be useful to be able to go to directly the next pb for 
classes. I explain myself. Imagane you have a system (it is presently my case ;-
) ) where you have a lot classes. I can see visually that there is a pb on a 
class in the type view of the java browsing perspective by looking at the red 
icon next to the class. But if I have a lot classes (example : with SableBB a 
compiler compiler which generates one class for each grammar production) , you 
have to scroll your view to find the bugged classes, and the step of the scroll 
bar is very big... One solution could be to enable the "go to the next" feature 
to find the next bugged class...
