In the main import log wizard page the F1 help link points to the  generic topic "Log and Trace Analyzer", it should rather point to "Importing logs using log sets" or "Importing a log file".

I prefered to update the current pp0000 and make it point to the import log file topic, although this implies that the translators would need to synchronize the translated file. It provides more meaningful context help then pp0010. Please mark the defect as being fixed.
