New AC - Running ACStop.sh to shutdown AC is not stopping the agent processes on Linux EM64T and IPF platforms. It is shutting down the AC and PC processes but not agent processes like FileTransferAgent, TimeCollector etc.

ACStart.sh and ACStop.sh scripts were deleted from the package in 4.2.  These had been copied from the RAC and not been modified to reflect the needs of the new AC yet.  Bug 132409 is tracking getting these fixed at the time we complete Linux AC/BC.
