Is this a duplicate of that RTL and advanced graphics issue?

No , This had nothing to do with the Advanced graphics. it is a reading order issue

The problem explained here will happen in any RTL control, for example if you write the same text in Notepad then enable RTL the exact same problem will happen, attached a picture for the problem in Notepad.
Now the defect suggests changing the reading order for Value fields to LTR, I知 not sure if we really want to do that because this will fix this problem but would not it cause other problems if the field contains Arabic text for example.
I'm thinking we should close this defect.
