This appears to have developed between 3.2RC7 and 3.2RC6, definitely since the 3.1 stream.

I'm working on several different Java applications, making code changes, launching (not as debug), etc. In the Debug view, I become stuck with one or more launches that say "SomeApplicationName (waiting for build...) [Java Application]". There's nothing I seem to be able to do with them, short of restarting Eclipse.

Terminate appears to be a valid option, but does nothing. (Possibly related to bug 84454?) They're definitely not running, as I don't have any extra java processes running.

I'm already using a clean workspace after running into some other possible issues between the RC6->RC7 upgrade.

Bug 77946 was the only other one I could find that looked possibly related. However, I don't have anything under my Progress view, or the Error Log for that matter. What else can I do to help track this down? Thanks!
