I have an entry to be added – this is to do with the Java Base Agent packaging. An oversight in the packaging issue on my part. It is too late to do the packaging mod – hence the release noting. 
The JavaBase agent needs two things for its execution
   a) The javaBaseAgent.dll(in turn depends on the agentBase.dll)
   b) The Java Execution Framework for the datacollection
#a is packaged with the AC runtime and so is the agentBase.dll. The Java Execution framework is not. 

The Java Agent base agent requires the ExecutionFramework plugin java archive (jar) file in the $TPTP_AC_HOME/bin directory. The ExecutionFramework plugin (org.eclipse.tptp.platform.execution) contains the java archive file “tptpcore.jar”, this file needs to be copied over to the $TPTP_AC_HOME/bin directory for the Java base agent based Java agents to work.

Note concerning this issue has been included in the 4.2 release notes.

Setting target for fixing this packaging issue in 4.2.1 and removing the "(Release Note)" from the bug title.

Could you please review the patch?

It takes tptpcore.jar from org.eclipse.tptp.platform.execution plug-in and places it to bin/ directory in agent controller zips.

The patch is applied to HEAD. I will close the bug after it will be verified on the real build.

As of TPTP 4.6.0, TPTP is in maintenance mode and focusing on improving quality by resolving relevant enhancements/defects and increasing test coverage through test creation, automation, Build Verification Tests (BVTs), and expanded run-time execution. As part of the TPTP Bugzilla housecleaning process (see http://wiki.eclipse.org/Bugzilla_Housecleaning_Processes), this enhancement/defect is verified/closed by the Project Lead since this enhancement/defect has been resolved and unverified for more than 1 year and considered to be fixed. If this enhancement/defect is still unresolved and reproducible in the latest TPTP release (http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/downloads/), please re-open.
