Steps to recreate the problem:
1. Start eclipse
2. select Window->Open Perspective->Other->Profiling and Logging
3. Click on the down arrow of the Profiling Launch Configuration toolbar button in the workbench menu
4. Select Profile from the drop down menu
5. Double click on the Statistical label in the Configuration list on the left of the dialog
6. Click on the Agent tab
7. Select the Windows System Trace (Perfmon) agent from the list
8. Click on the Profile button. The Profiling Monitor will get populated with a new Perfmon Agent
9. Click the button to start monitoring this agent
10. Right Click on the monitoring agent.
11. Select Open With->Statistical Graph
12. Right click on the vertical slider
13. Select the Properties option from the menu

Problem Description:
The decimal period in the Minimum Visible and Maximum Visible boxes is a period. It should be a comma for Denmark.

This is affecting many European countries that do not a period as the decimal point. Raising the severity to Major. Request to be fixed in 4.2.1.

I moved the patch to use ICU4J, reviewed the rest of the changes and test with DA and EN. Checked in to HEAD (4.4i3)

As of TPTP 4.6.0, TPTP is in maintenance mode and focusing on improving quality by resolving relevant enhancements/defects and increasing test coverage through test creation, automation, Build Verification Tests (BVTs), and expanded run-time execution. As part of the TPTP Bugzilla housecleaning process (see http://wiki.eclipse.org/Bugzilla_Housecleaning_Processes), this enhancement/defect is verified/closed by the Project Lead since this enhancement/defect has been resolved and unverified for more than 1 year and considered to be fixed. If this enhancement/defect is still unresolved and reproducible in the latest TPTP release (http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/downloads/), please re-open.
