build 20020416
installed and started up eclipse - on the very first screen the pageup
and pagedown keys have no effect on the contents of the "welcome to the
workbench" pane. (Home and End also have no effect.) Scroll button does work,
but some of us like our keyboards...

This, along with arrow support, has also been requested by a blind user on the 
newsgroup.

Page up and page down now scroll between blocks of text as of build >20020424
