Currently the build infrastructure allows for pre and post steps before and after the complete assemble / package step, but when building multiple configurations it might be usefull to have ways to do something before and after each configuration.

Custom steps between configurations can be accomplished in the assemble.element[.config] targets available in the allElements.xml file.

Marking as dupe of 179612 since the allElements.xml is being restructured there.
