I have a feature with 4 plugins.
All of them have the version "1.0.0.qualifier".
I can build the feature the first time.

But when I have allready installed an older Version of the feature in my Eclipse (e.g. org.feature.1.0.0.200605011200) and want to build a new version, the build wizard opens an error message dialog with the following message:

Error during export: Plugin org.feature.1.0.0.200605011200 not found. Please check error log for details.
There is absolutely nothing in the error log.

I have the same problem, when building an updatesite...

I'm using Eclipse 3.2RC4 with EMF, GMF, VE, WTP (all from Callisto)
and Java 5.

This is a known bug. A workaround consists in disabling from your target the plugins you have in your workspace. See windows >preferences > pde > target platform

I believe this is caused by 164100
