Problem Description:
The bottom parts of characters for the message
The string "Web Service Test Page" are truncated.
The text area can NOT be scrollable.

Prerequisits:
Make sure you have completed all the prerequisits for this testcase.
Prerequisits can be found in Testcase: 28.003210 WTP WS - SETUP.

Steps:
Ensure the you have completed Testcase 28.00.3440

Import TVTTest3Proj.war into your workbench. Click on menu File > Import... > War file > Next > browse for TVTTest3Proj.war.
Click finish on this wizard page.
Click the ?I agree? button if prompted for a license agreement.
Click, No if prompted to switch perspectives.
Ensure that the server is stopped.  If it isn?t right click on the server and select stop.
erform bottom up Java scenario.

Right click on Echo.java and select Web services -> Create Web services.
When the wizard comes up click on the client slider.  See the yellow highlighted image below.
Select the Publish the Web service check box.
Move the service slider so that it is in the top most positioin(ie. The test position )
Ensure that service icon says Test service and that the client icon says Test client.  The text in these icons should be translated correctly.
Click the Next button in the wizard.
Select the Define custom mapping for package namespace check box.
Click Next.
Click Next.
Click the Start server button.
When the server has started the next button will become enabled.
Click Next.
Verify that the Web Service Test page is translated correctly.
