I'm not sure why this bug was reopened to defer when it's a duplicate of bug 141409 which is a duplicate of bug 141387.  And bug 141387 is opened and deferred to future release.  So I'm going to resolve this bug as duplicate of bug 141387.  When that bug is fixed, listeners of this bug should get notified.

I've sent a note to cdeadmin@us.ibm.com ... but, my guess is there is some automated "bride" program between bug systems that keeps re-opening this, so, for now I will change target milestone to avoid this showing up on "old" milestone targets.

I would really like to resolve this is a duplicate of bug 141387 but I believe we had problems with CDE last time we tried doing that.  Since bug 141387 has been fixed for eclipse 3.2.1, I will just go ahead and mark this bug as resolved/fixed.
