- select a java project in the pkg explorer
- open the Project menu and select 'Generate Javadoc'
- accept the defaults on the first wizard page
- on the second page in the link configuration section, select all projects with 'http://' style reference locations

> note that there is no warning, as all selected projects can be linked to

- press 'Next', then 'Back'

> note: a warning about 'Archive references' appears on top
> note: the selected reference projects are not the ones previously selected, the selection is arbitrary.

< expected: the same selection as previously chosen is active.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.
