Enable profiling/logging preferences are obsolete.

Since the introduction of the new Agent Discoverer data collector, the Enable profiling/logging preferences (Window >> Preferences >> Profiling and Logging) are obsolete.

Actually we use this option in more places than just for discovering agents that used to be under our agents list.  If this option is disabled, then we don't show logging agents under the agents tab of the "Attach - Java Process" launch configuration.
