N20060510-0010 + fix for bug 140551.

2 Problems:

- JDK 1.5.0_06 does not re-parse annotations on hot code replace
  -> TestMethodRunner#run() wrongly executed / disabled

- TestRunSession#rerunTest(..) and TestSessionNotifier.testReran(..) need to handle @Ignore. On the runtime side, RemoteTestRunner.notifyRerunComplete() and/or RerunExecutionListener.notifyTestEnded(..) need adjustments.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
