When the RSE perspective is opened for the first time, the following error messages are printed to the PDE Runtime Error Log:

Category org.eclipse.rse.shells.ui.view not found for view org.eclipse.rse.shells.ui.view.commandsView.  This view added to 'Other' category.

While loading class "org.eclipse.rse.persistence.IRSEPersistenceManager", thread "Worker-4" timed out waiting (5000ms) for thread "main" to finish starting bundle "org.eclipse.rse.ui". To avoid deadlock, thread "Worker-4" is proceeding but "org.eclipse.rse.persistence.IRSEPersistenceManager" may not be fully initialized.

Yes. Not sure what's causing this one but it doesn't appear to be causing a problem running.

I don't see any error messages when running RSE 1.0.1 in PDE. I brought up RSE with a new workspace and created a connection. There are no error messages.

Can we verify this as fixed for 1.0.1? No changes were needed.
