3.2 RC1

- show the Project Explorer
- create a Java project with some folders and files
- try dragging a file from one folder to another
- it shows the item separator line when between elements

Expectation: 
- the item separator line is not shown, since it doesn't make sense to give the end user this granularity of control, since items are ordered automatically in the Java content extension (compare with Package Explorer)

It seems like whether the line is shown should be a function of whether the content extension for the destination items allows a manual ordering.

Java DND support for the Common Navigator has been deferred to Eclipse 3.2.1.

For 3.2.1, the feedback for INSERT_BEFORE or INSERT_AFTER has been disabled. 

The fix was released for R3_2_maintenance. 

I opened bug 150688 to track the request for drop assistant extensions to indicate their own feedback.
