The overview page on the plugin.xml editor is missing mnemonics for the two sets
of Up and Down buttons

Also missing them on the cut, copy and paste functions on the lists and all of
the Go entries.

Up/Down buttons will not have mnemonics because they may clash with the menu 
bar. Cut/Copy/Paste for the pop-up menu has been fixed. Go entries belong to 
the platform and are just added as actions.

Moving to Platform UI - what solution do you recommend re DrillDownAdapter 
action mnemonics?

What mnemonics would you like for the DrillDownAdapter actions?
It's currently used in a menu in 3 places in PDE and 1 in Update.
I suggest Go &Home, Go *Back, and Go &Into but I don't know if that will cause 
any conflicts.

In the Dependencies View there is a collision between Compute Build Path and 
Copy. You should use B for Compute Build Path

Verified Go Home, Go Back and Go Into in current Stream (20020612). Reopening 
due to collision with Compute Build Path and Copy.

We need to make a pass through all the pop-up menu and ensure we don't have a 
collision or missing mnemonics. Consider for F4.

Fixed. Also checked all PDE editor pop-ups for missing mnemonics and 
duplications.
