"Manual Test View" orientation should be the same as the workbench orientation.

Steps:
0. Run 'eclipse -dir rtl'.
1. Create a new manual test instance:
1.1. Select File -> New -> Other... -> Test -> TPTP Manual Test.
1.2. Advance to the next wizard dialog.
1.3. Enter or select the parent folder.
1.4. Enter the test suite name.
1.5. Click Finish.
2. (Optional) Add test cases and behaviors of your choice.
3. Launch the test suite: right-click the test node, select Run As -> Test.
4. Observe the Manual Test View appearance.

Result:
Manual Test View has LRT orientation, as opposed to the expected RTL one.

I guess this bug depends on bug 121100.

Closing by default since not verified/closed by the originator in the 6+ months since being resolved.  

Please reopen if the issue is still present in the latest TPTP release or the
resolution is not correct.
