When I open the Berakpoint properties dialog on a fresh line breakpoint, an error message quickly shows up and then disappears again. With the animated errors, this becomes more apparent now.

fixes the error message showing up for no reason and being dismissed.

Applied patch to BreakpointConditionEditor. Other changes were just formatting, so I left them out.
