Description Jose Mathews CLA 2006-04-06 18:53:50 EDT
On launching eclipse using the config: (eclipse.exe -clean -vmargs -Xmx512m), the workbench opens as if it does not have any projects to open even though a project was open when it was last closed.
If I re-launch eclipse with option '-clean' using the config: (eclipse.exe -clean -vmargs -Xmx512m), workbench is restored with my open projects.

thanks,
- jose

Cna you reproduce it consistently? If so could you please provide detailed steps and also attach the faulty workspace if necessary.

I have not been able to reproduce the bug consistently. The last time i tried, it seemed to work fine. If I see it happen again I will capture the workspace to attach. Thanks for your promt attention.

This is probably a duplicate of bug 134412. As a workaround, try using the -data command line argument to specify your workspace location, for example:

eclipse -data c:\workspace
