if java editor is on a secondary monitor the javadoc help for the code complete list covers the code complete list making it impossible to read the code complete list

If you then maximize eclipse onto the primary monitor and do ctrl-space you get the code complete list on the secondary monitor and the javadoc help on the primary monitor.  

The desired behavior would be to shrink the javadoc popup to fit in the space between the edge of the screen and the code complete popup. Secondly when doing code complete on the primary monitor the code complete popup should pop up on the primary monitor.
