The preference page for enabling/disabling model content uses the model provider label but should consult the team content extension point.

This will have to do for now since we need to load the modle provider to get the UI name. We'll need to change this in 3.3 so we can get the name from the team content descriptor.

Added a getName to ITeamContentProviderDescriptor - which will return whatever name is used in the plugin.xml for the teamContentProvider extension point. If no name is specified then it will fall back to the old behaviour.
