M6 Test path

1. On a cu select 'Show Annotations'
2. Show them in quick diff ruler
3. Right click on the quick diff ruler
4. Select Hide Revision Informations
5. Right click again
Is: The menu entry is gone
Expected: An entry 'Show Revision Informations' is there

IMHO the entry should be 'Show Team Annotations'
a) Same terms should be used
b) The other entries are also 'Show ...'
c) The entry should allways be there, unchecked by default. When selected then the annotations are fetched, for all cus opened in an editor (the same behaviour for other 'Show ...' menu entries.

+1 - this should really be solved by Team contributing an action to the ruler context menu, as described in bug 132352.
