Although for most products it's possible (sometimes with some digging) to discover the nightly builds for an Eclipse project, it would be an excellent addition to the Eclipse site to have a cutting-edge download site (call it, for example, beta.eclipse.org) that would have whatever the bleeding edge development builds for the products are as the primary downloads.  It could also have a complete build history.  This would be useful both for the Callisto project, and for users who want easy, single-point access to the latest and greatest builds of the eclipse products.

On this site, I would suggest that there should be both nightlies and milestone builds, ideally separated at the component level.  It should be possible to grab the SWT nightly build, mix it with the last Equinox milestone, etc...
