When there is an exception in the build I sometimes don't get the post build event (see Bug 132815 for how to get an exception in the build).

As a result the problems view was not updating when a build failed. I currently have a workaround for this but this is a problem for applications relying on this.

Confirmed that POST_BUILD does not occur if a builder throws a runtime exception. I'll see if I can fix this for M6.

Just to make it clear John and I have a workaround for this right now so it is not critical for M6.

Fix released. Test case added: BuilderTest.testExceptionBuilder
