operations is an implementation term
Comment 2 Sebastian Davids CLA 2006-03-16 09:52:00 EST
Renamed PR.

There is an inconsistent use of Job, Operation, and Task.

From a user's standpoint they're all the same so they should have the same name.

fix

normalized messages on "Task"
Comment 4 Tod Creasey CLA 2006-03-17 16:24:03 EST
We are using operation because Task has a real meaning elsewhere (i.e. a Task in the tasks view). I have released an updated version of your patch that uses operation everywhere

Comment 6 Sebastian Davids CLA 2006-03-17 19:01:09 EST
I used task because it was used in more strings :D

Operation is better though.
