Description Susan McCourt CLA 2006-03-15 16:52:51 EST
There is no default autactivation delay set up by ContentAssistCommandAdapter. The ContentProposalAdapter default is 0. Since ContentAssistCommandAdapter is intended to pattern the existing support in jface text, it should use similar defaults.
Comment 1 Susan McCourt CLA 2006-03-15 16:56:20 EST
The presence or absence of a default value is not documented in either ContentProposalAdapter or ContentAssistCommandAdapter, so this should be okay to change. Changed ContentAssistCommandAdapter to set the value in its constructor. Clients can still set this.

Used the same default value used by org.eclipse.jface.text.contentassist.ContentAssistant (500 ms)
