Build: 20020409

Open two editors on writable files in the Resource perspective, switch between
them many times.  Each time you switch, you will get another "Writable"
indicator in the status bar.

I have seen this on both Windows 2000 and Linux Motif.

Randy, is it possible this is due to the contribution manager changes?

It is due to a editor activation problem.

We were updating the statusline manger when not needed. This revealed a bug in 
its update code.
