This is a feature request under Trace and Profiling project to support application
monitoring with Application Response Measurement (ARM) in TPTP 4.2. 

A summary of the proposal: 
Provide user way to select local/remote resource(s) for ARM instrumentation and
editor/viewer for monitoring and managing the selected resource(s).
