Build 20020321

The title bars for views and editors look deceptively like Windows window title 
bars.  However their behavior is slightly different than what a user might 
expect.

Single clicking on a title bar's icon drops down a 'Window' menu, as expected.  
However, double clicking on the icon causes the view to maximize.  Double 
clicking in the icon should cause the view or editor to close.

The current behaviour is inconsistent with the Windows UI, and with several 
Linux window managers.
