Since Problems view got groupping feature mouse rollover is not being shown in any cell of its table and it is actually huge inconvenience and regression from the old functionality.

Actually description column (thich I suppose is a tree widget now) shows rollover popup in case if description is wider then th whole view width, but it should be shown if it is wider then cell width.

Sounds like a dup of bug 95634.

Interesting observation that tooltip shows up for the first column if tree is narrower than column.

Tod, FYI I don't see any ToolTips at all (even when not 'grouping' problems).

This is because we have switched to a Tree in 3.2.
