Often many code generating plugins/tools create java source files of type derived.
Apart from the Delete specific to the tool (and often not reliable). There is no easy way to Delete/Clean all "derived" files at the workspace scope or specific to a certain project(s).

So, whats needed is:

a) A new Project item: "Clean (i.e. delete) derived" files in workspace
b) Clean (delete) derived files in selected project(s)
