In the Window > Show View menu, it would be really nice to have a list of the most recently used views.  I find in plugin development I'm often opening and closing the same views many times.  It is quite slow to have to go Window > Show View > Other... and then scroll down to find the view.

Have you tried Ctrl-3 in Eclipse 3.3?
