If a test case contains a step such as:

- Remove the </shell> element just before </macro>

the elements (</shell> and </macro>) will not appear right.  The test client needs to normalize the test descriptions before displaying them.

	Test authors can use HTML 4 (complete HTML document or indivdual fragments) in the test case description and HTML will be rendered in the Manual Test View.  However, paths (e.g. image links) must be absolute and point to local (e.g. system under test, or SUT) or accessible on the web.
