When you select a theme and then restart Eclipse the theme is not applied unless you deselect and reselect it.

STEPS
1) Install the supplied plug-in
2) Select Come on You Reds. You will see all of the fonts go Script
3) Exit Eclipse and restart. Default fonts everywhere.
