The addition of 2 files (Transliterator_Han_Latin_Definition.txt and Transliterator_Han_Latin_EDICT.txt) to the pre-built jarred plugin were added due to a test run of the new build process.  Also, an icudata.jar file is in the com.ibm.icu plugin.  The contents of this jar should be expanded in the pre-built plugin, rather than existing as a jar within a jar.

I am going to follow Sonia's steps so we can get the build back on track.  We will still need Doug to submit a real build to ensure the content of the plugin is correct and up to date.

New build submission made to Sonia to fix the problems.  Still awaiting the real build submission from Doug.

Note, this bug applied to builds from around 0210 to around 0213.
