We (medius.si) would like to contribute and maintain the slovene (SL_SI) translations of the core RCP plugins.

Unitil now we were managing the translations the "dirty" way: unpacking the plugins, translating .properties files and repacked the plugins. It worked, but it is very unpractical, because the keys and plugin names (the version part) are constantly changing. It is hard to keep up-to-date with the latest M releases.

We would like to add the slovene translations to the official NLS plugins. We would like to know HOW is the "right" way to do it? What proceduers are taken, what tools are used...
