Description Navid Mehregani CLA 2006-02-03 17:38:56 EST
Other than the global filter set, the probekit profiling type has a Filter tab of its own, which can be used to override the global filter set. This tab should be removed, since it introduces inconsistency in the UI. This is the only profiling type that has its own specific filter set. If specific filter sets are to be implemented then they should be present for all profiling types and not just the probekit profiling type.

Part of an enhancement (bug#109684).
Comment 2 Navid Mehregani CLA 2006-03-10 18:18:45 EST
We've decided not to remove the custom filter tab, since it causes the toolkit to lose certain functionalities. I'll leave this bug open, however, as a placeholder for making UI improvements for the probekit filters.

Plan keyward is reserved for project lead only. Also Defects should not have this designation.
Comment 4 Valentina Popescu CLA 2006-04-25 20:53:55 EDT
Update severity to enhancement and moving target for 4.3

The fix requires UI and PII changes and it should be reviewed by the usability team
Comment 5 Valentina Popescu CLA 2007-01-15 12:14:47 EST
Not in plan for 4.4; Moving target to future

As of TPTP 4.6.0, TPTP is in maintenance mode and focusing on improving quality by resolving relevant defects and increasing test coverage through test creation, automation, Build Verification Tests (BVTs), and expanded run-time execution. As such, TPTP is not delivering enhancements. As part of the TPTP Bugzilla housecleaning process (see http://wiki.eclipse.org/Bugzilla_Housecleaning_Processes), this enhancement is resolved as WONTFIX. For this enhancement to be considered, please re-open with an attached patch including the Description Document (see http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/documents/process/development/description_documents.html), code (see http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/documents/resources/TPTPDevGuide.htm), and test cases (see http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/documents/process/TPTP_Testing_Strategy.html).
